By accessing or using Burak Taxi's services, including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including passengers, drivers, and visitors to our website.

1. Service Availability Our services are available only to persons residing in or visiting the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. User Accounts You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. 3. Ride Bookings All ride bookings are subject to driver availability. We do not guarantee that a driver will accept your ride request. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after it has been accepted by a driver. The current cancellation fee structure is available in our app.

Service Standards - Maintain professional conduct - Follow traffic laws and regulations - Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained - Follow platform guidelines 3. Payment Terms - Commission structure as per agreement - Weekly payment processing - Electronic payment handling - Tax compliance requirements

1. User Conduct - Treat drivers and vehicles with respect - Provide accurate pickup locations - Follow safety guidelines - Maintain appropriate behavior 2. Payment Obligations - Pay the specified fare for each ride - Accept surge pricing when applicable - Responsible for additional charges (cleaning fees, damage, etc.) - Use valid payment methods

1. Insurance Coverage We maintain commercial automobile liability insurance in accordance with local laws and regulations. 2. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Burak Taxi shall not be liable for: - Indirect or consequential losses - Loss of profit or revenue - Service interruptions - Third-party actions 3. User Responsibility Users are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during rides.
